Does my Memory Screen need to stay plugged in?
Yes. Your Memory Screen is designed to be powered continuously using the included AC cable. This ensures the screen stays on and updated at all times without the need for recharging.
Will it damage my fridge?
No. Your Memory Screen uses a magnetic mount designed for standard metal refrigerator surfaces. It does not require drilling, adhesives, or permanent modification. Always attach to a clean, flat metal surface.
Does it require Wi-Fi?
Yes. You'll need a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi connection to receive new photos sent through the app. Photos already received will remain visible even if the connection is temporarily unavailable.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. There are no required monthly fees or subscriptions to use the core features of your memory screen.
Is it suitable for seniors?
Yes. Once set up, your Memory Screen works automatically. Photos and videos appear without any interaction, making it ideal for seniors and non-technical users.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Photos are shared privately between invited users, and you control who can send content to your device.
Can multiple people send photos?
Yes. You can invite family and friends to send photos to the same Memory Screen using the app. You control who has access.
